Had a wonderful Xmas stay! Loved the spacious and clean room with great amenities like a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. The location was perfect, close to local shops and restaurants. The friendly staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The shower water pressure was a bit weak which made for a less than ideal shower experience. Also, the parking fee was a bit steep which was an unexpected expense.

This hotel is located in a bustling area that's safe to walk around. It's close to the train and subway stations, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The views from the hotel are stunning, and the breakfast was fantastic.
The elevators in the hotel were a bit slow.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering complementary drinks upon arrival and cookies during our stay. The hotel restaurant was also a highlight, offering delicious food with a good atmosphere.
The rooms are in need of some updating, with large gaps under the doors and an alarm that went off in the early hours of the morning. Additionally, construction being done on the weekend was disruptive and unpleasant. the hotel had its positives and negatives, but the excellent staff, location, and restaurant make it worth considering for a short stay.

I had a great Christmas vacation at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the complementary breakfast and the fact that they had a gym and pool. The gym was well-equipped and the pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The location was perfect too, close to all the main attractions and restaurants.
The decor in the room looked a bit outdated, but it didn't really bother me much. The bathroom fixtures could also use some updating, but they were still clean and functional. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Location: the hotel was so close to University and Philadelphia and a restaurant. There was café Spread Bagelry, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, we stayed for 2 days and both the days they started maintenance work around 8.30 am and it was awful , the sound of the drill machine was unbearable, we tried speaking to the staff and they just did not care, it went on & on and we finally checked out to get away from this horrible experience. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY! Sheraton has let us down badly.

We were visiting our cousin who was in the hospital at the University of Pennsylvania. The location was ideal. We could walk everywhere including the train station to take the train to Newark Airport. It was also near our favorite restaurant the White Dog Cafe. The price was incredible and we upgraded for only $20. The continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast at all but a full course meal. Exceptional value!

The location was great. Near Penn university.
The bathrooms were old and the ceilings were aweful. Our shower head leaked. The lobby smells all the time. There are no separate restrooms in the lobby, you must cross the restaurant to use the restrooms.

Location
The sheets on the bed were short (seemed like queen sized sheets on a king sized bed). A/C would blast out cold air, then stop and repeat at intervals.
